The initial voice assessment is for all new clients. It is an extended session in which your vocal habits, usage and goals are discussed. Each session is a minimum of 60 minutes.
An in-person assessment is available at the Nedlands studio. Online sessions are also available via Google Meet.
For online sessions, please ensure you are able to provide a suitable space for the session (where you are comfortable) and functioning keyboard.

Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions not cancelled with 48 hours' advanced notice will incur the full charges of the scheduled session.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds. Sessions can, however, be rescheduled within the 48-hour cancellation policy.
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds.
All online shop items must be used within one year of purchase. No extensions will be granted.
Please note that the Booking Policy (including the 48-notice period) applies to all bookings, including sessions purchased through our online shop.
